Our biltong is made from locally sourced Irish beef and then made by The Chief himself in Co. Offaly.

We only use 100% grass-fed beef to make our delicious biltong. All of our beef is ethical and sustainable and free from hormones and antibiotics.

Biltong is made to be stored as an ambient / room-temperature snack, however, if you plan on keeping it for a very long time you can freeze it. Take your biltong out the freezer about 15mins mins before consuming

We recommend you consume your biltong before the best before date if unopened and once opened consume within 7 days.

Delivery is made nationwide. You will receive your order 2-3 business days from your order.

Orders or normally sent with Fastway and a tracking number can be sent on request.
