This hand-crafted beef biltong is crisp in texture and made using traditional methods and recipes perfected with over 50 years of experience.

CHILLI INGREDIENTS: Beef (230g of Beef used for 100g of Biltong), Cider Vinegar, Salt, Dextrose, Paprika, Dried Garlic, Yeast Extract, Cumin, Starch (corn or tapioca), Spices, Dried Parsley, Flavourings*, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate). May contain irradiated ingredients.
* Flavourings are natural spice extracts (capsicum and paprika oleoresins).

We recommend you store biltong in the fridge or freezer and consume before the best before date, however it is made to be stored as an ambient / room-temperature snack. Take your biltong out the freezer about 30 mins before consuming. If stored at room temperature, consume within 4 days of opening
