TRADITIONAL INGREDIENTS: Beef (230g of Beef used for every 100g of Biltong), Cider Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Coriander (Irradiated), Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Flavourings*, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
