Biltong is a traditional South African dried meat that is often compared to beef jerky and other cured meats. However, through its unique drying and seasoning process using only the highest quality beef, it is one of the most nutritious, high protein snacks that is ideal for active lifestyles.

The meat we use is world-renowned, grass-fed Irish beef or free-range South African kudu which is salted and cured with vinegar & spices before being air dried to finish the curing process.

Our hand-crafted biltong is soft in texture and made using traditional methods and recipes perfected with over 50 years of experience.
